Welcome to the heart of our corps! The aula It boasts a completely newly renovated interior and a unique hexagonal shape that creates a dynamic and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both conferences and festivities, sitting as a standing one.
The aula equipped with a scene that makes it ideal for presentations, performances and speeches. We also have a modern sound and lighting facility that can be adapted to your needs, whether you want an energetic and colourful dance event or a professional stage for lectures. Large windows release abundantly with natural light, but do not pose an obstacle to views on the project dictionary thanks to automatic roller curtains.
Of course, the aula also a fully equipped bar with beer, cider and mojito caps as well as chills for bottles. Behind the bar is a handy serving kitchen with an industrial dishwasher and staff toilet, making it easy to manage catering and service.

1985
After it became clear that the aula and gymnastics wing of the corps was to be taken to the library, the student union was in urgent need of new premises. Thanks to students and alumni’s persistent work and a broad network of contacts, the construction work began in record speed, entirely on a trust basis. The funding took place as a result of donations, mainly by the Beijer Foundation and Astra AB, and a larger loan from Karolinska Institutet. One year after the start of the project, the new the aula ready for inauguration – with the construction contract signed only a few weeks earlier.
2024
For almost 40 years, the aula hosts countless events, ranging from busy mingle to solemn balls. However, dancing heels, front and furnishing of tables and chairs as well as a spilled drink had set their marks, and the aula I needed a renovation. The Future Kårhus project began – this time with financing and contract signing completed Before before before Start of work. Thanks to generous donations from Karolinska Institutet, The Hans and Barbara Bergström Foundation, the family Thelin, Kjell and Märta Beijers Foundation and several are now standing. the aula finished in a whole new screw.
